SHIPPING IN GREECE

The company carries out the shipments of the products through the couriers, ELTA courier and Speedex for shipments outside Thessaloniki, through SpeedCouriers for shipments within Athens, but also with the means of transport of the company, to the address you have registered, while it has the right to use another courier company if it so wishes. For orders over 40 euros, shipping will be free. For orders under 40 euros the customer is charged a fee of 3 euros, while in case of return or replacement the amount is 5 euros. From this regulation for free transport, the types of travel to which the transport is adapted are excluded and are shaped as follows: at 8 euros is the transport charge for luggage of 50l (liters), at 12 euros is the transport charge for the luggage of 70l (liters) and at 16 euros is the shipping charge for the luggage of 100l (liters).

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

Delivery of products takes place within Thessaloniki 1-3 working days and outside Thessaloniki 3-5 working days if the place of shipment is Mainland Greece, Crete and the islands. This delivery time does not apply in the following cases:

-delivery to remote areas

-strikes

-extreme weather conditions

-reasons of force majeure

-If a product is not immediately available, you will be informed by the customer service department of the company about the delivery time.

SHIPPING TO CYPRUS

Deliveries to Cyprus are made within 3-5 days and shipments are made with the courier company Speedex. The shipping cost is 30 euros.

The charge is borne by the customer.
