To proceed with the return / change process, you need to contact our store by phone or email (thl / mail).

Changes are made within 14 days from the day you receive the product. In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary:

-The products must be in excellent condition and the tabs must not have been removed.

Returns are made by General Post and the first change is free. If you use any other transport you want you will be charged with the cost of transport.

-If any of the instructions are received, the return will not be accepted.

-If the reason for the return comes from a mistake of our store, our store bears the shipping costs.

-The testing of shoes should be done on a soft carpet. Otherwise the store does not accept shoes that have abrasions.
